But then I know you are still hoping… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That someday from my land will arrive the letter,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That will tell you how we both evolved and talk about days we had seen together<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From our days of innocence supreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To experiences which we both loved,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Time will tell if we were right or wrong<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But as long as cuckoo sings a song<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every time when spring will tiptoe quiet<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Into our hearts in mornings bright<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I know you will cherish my memory<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In your treasured chamber of heart<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I know you will, like me, weave a story<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And let it float away in the first strong gush<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When monsoon will to your town rush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Till then let us think and ruminate <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Days of yesteryears which we passed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So happy, those days – dry and wet<\/p>\n\n\n\n
